Alexia Traore, visual artist and dancer will echo the readings through the performance of her piece Mon corps se souvient (My body remembers).

Alexia’s dance will be inspired by the voices and instruments of Morena Campani and Joséphine Lazzarino as they explore expressions of memory and popular culture. As students of the ethnomusicologist Giovanna Marini, their work stems from an interest in the forms of transmission and rites of passage.
