Performance – Betty Jane
Betty Jane is the story of an adventuress, a next generation Cabaret singer, mixing humor and song to text in the pure tradition of the French Music-Hall. A mix of Betty Boop and Calamity Jane but “made in France”. Betty Jane delivers burlesque folk-rock songs, funny, libertines, jokes and stories picturesque, funny, pastiches and… with a touch of sauciness. Author, multidisciplinary artist, born in Savoy, the artist began as a child working in dance, piano, singing and theater at the classical conservatory. She solidified her career with the GITIS in Moscow and then acted in musicals in Paris before moving into cabaret and singing.
