The Black Hole<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Drawn from the photographic animation film project Vertige, this chapter explores the evocative image of the black hole \u2014 a mysterious force that swallows both light and matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Transposed to humanity, it becomes a metaphor for war and chaos, which consume conscience and humanity itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My works address urgent themes:
violence against peoples, women, and children,
exclusion, identity.
Skulls and cries,
recurring in the scenes,
emerge as symbols of erasure and transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

cybersecurity, and global cooperation.\u2026 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VERTIGE !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Futurists, artists, and science-fiction writers explore these challenges,
imagining the future as a \u201cblack hole\u201d:
inspiring, unsettling, or anxiety-inducing,
but above all
a space for reflection and creation.

\u2014 between the vertigo of form and the black hole of ground \u2014

Riccarda Montenero, trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce and in Architecture in Turin, exhibits in Italy and abroad. Her work spans photography, sculpture, and 3D digital art, appearing in festivals, publications, and interdisciplinary performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She participated in the Venice Biennale (2011) and the Milan Photofestival (2022, Le immagini rilegate award).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her humanist projects confront viewers with visible and invisible forms of violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She collaborates with M\u00e9moire de l\u2019Avenir in Paris and lives between Paris and Turin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I selected a tercet from Canto V of Inferno and one from Canto V<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of Purgatorio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 two mirroring moments of The Divine Comedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The first gives voice to the doomed lovers Paolo and Francesca,
swept forever by the storm of their forbidden passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The second recalls Bonconte de Montefeltro, fallen in the Battle of Campaldino,
his body carried away by the Arno.
Love, war, and compassion
\u2014 these themes also pulse through<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the work of Riccarda Montenero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PhD in Theatre Studies (Sorbonne Nouvelle \u2013 Paris III), he teaches Italian and Performing Arts at Paris-Nanterre and Paris 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Author of Personnage collectif, personnage individuel au th\u00e9\u00e2tre (Honor\u00e9 Champion, 2013), he has published several poetry collections, including Plaquette (2014), Mani\u00e8res (2020), and Trois femmes europ\u00e9ennes (forthcoming 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As playwright and director, he created Luxuri\u00e0s (Fersen Prize 2015), Callas-Machine (2023), and collaborates on interdisciplinary projects combining theatre, poetry, and music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

is a creative duo composed of Mariana Ungureanu,<\/strong> composer,
and Martin Lucas, <\/strong>sound and visual landscaper.
Their projects often involve collaborations with musicians, choreographers, poets, and video artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their work embraces immersive experiences across multiple genres
\u2014instrumental and electronic music, improvisation, musique concr\u00e8te, video installations, dance,
and stage works such as opera and oratorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent creations include The Portrait of Dorian Gray (2016),
Irreversible: Death by the Drip (University Paris 8 \u2013 CriticalEdge Alliance Conference, 2022),
The Ice Matter, a Threshold State (Semmelweiss Klinik, Vienna, 2023),

Musical Composition<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Composer and PhD candidate in music aesthetics, she researches new aesthetic approaches in music theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winner of several international prizes, including the \u201cGeorges Enescu\u201d Prize (2005) and the Armel Opera Composer Competition (Vienna, 2016), her catalogue spans music theatre, chamber works, concertos, operas, and orchestral compositions. Her most recent work, the oratorio Sospiri dei Limbi (Paris, 2024), draws on Dante\u2019s Inferno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2021, she has been developing the interdisciplinary project The Ice Life, combining arts, sciences, and ecology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trained at the Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019Art Dramatique in Paris, C\u00e9cile Bouillot is an actress, director, video artist, and theater teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On stage, she has worked with Philippe Adrien, Jacques Lassalle, Denis Podalyd\u00e8s, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Sivadier, and on screen with Bruno Podalyd\u00e8s, Emmanuel Bourdieu, Thomas Lilti, Audrey Diwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the company Acte II sc\u00e8ne 2, she co-directs productions and develops participatory video projects on everyday life. She also leads \u201cfrom oral to written\u201d workshops in high schools, universities, and art schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
