Memoire de l’Avenir incorporates multidisciplinary competences of artists, educators, and individuals working towards a greater understanding of cultures, promoting intercultural and inter–cross-dicplinary understanding and exchanges, through the tools of the arts, heritage, and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An international workshop network in cultural places, schools, and social centres, in France, Germany, Turkey, Israel, Palestine, Senegal, and more, are connecting citizens who both learn to appreciate and acknowledge the richness of cultural and natural diversities.<\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MDA\u2019s programmes aim to formulate and contribute, in the spirit of respect and reconciliation, to new outlooks for all generations, confronted with questions of individual and collective identities, acceptance, and transmission of distinct cultural and historical memories. Seeking to transcend habitual references and ways of thinking.<\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The various programmes propose an interactive “dialogue” between cultures, (hi)story(s), and artistic activities on a personal and collective level, as sensitive and intuitive means of expression and comprehension, developing critical knowledge, respectful communication, and better self-esteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main emphasis of our approach underlines the assumption that our intuitive and creative side is an essential part of our logical construction and capacities to understand the world, produce ideas, and messages. They are jointly stimulated by the senses, observing and creating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “language” of art and symbols is an ideal, amusing, and most instructive tool in recognizing mutual references and values, reinforcing one’s own identities, and the appreciation of differences.<\/gwmw><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Symbolic representations and metaphors trace and reflect the entire journey of humanity; they are living images and the sources of all creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
